因参加公司年会 选择好几年后再次入住 还是挺喜欢酒店的环境 交通也方便 餐饮也不错 有机会希望还能再次入住酒店

This hotel is just beautiful and welcoming. People standing at the front will rush to help opening the door and unload your luggage from the car. The receptionist was really lovely and helpful and provide all the details in English. Then you will be brought to your room.
The room was really lovely. The beds were a bit small for an adult and kids but this is based on foreigners size. The bathroom was not clean properly with stains on the wall, doors and bathtub ( picture attached) but this may be due of the fact that the room was old.
There was a mini bar in the room but no price available.
The hotel have a heated pool and multiple restaurant on site. The kids love the pool.
The hotel is in the middle of all the places that need to be visited. If you go out from the hotel and turn right. You are 10 min walk from Nanjing Road. If you turn left, you are 10 min walk from YuYan Garden. And if you walk in direction of the back of the hotel, you are at the Bund. If you go straight you ll be most likely at people’s square.
We had an amazing stay there and we were joined by our daughter’s friend who booked there aswell to make it convenient for the kids to see each other.
I highly recommend this hotel for families and friends catch up. Really convenient location, really lovely and helpful staff.

Excellent stay. A lot of festive decorations and great service. We received Christmas treats at our door which our children loved. Very clean. Excellent breakfast

十二点到的酒店，前台就给房卡了。

第一次入住威斯汀，体验感极差。2002年的老酒店，软装可以，硬件不行，第一晚嗡嗡的声音吵得不能睡。第二天早上出门前告知了前台，换了一间，下午回来发现更糟糕，明显是电流声。后来客房部经理David来看了，给换了行政楼，才算睡了两个好觉。在这里感谢David的帮忙，因为带着孩子也真是不想再换酒店了。
退房时检查物品，掀开上面的床单，发现可怕的一幕，床上居然有血迹。拍了照给前台看，説下次来住送我欢迎水果。笑话！这样老旧的设施，堪忧的衞生，哪还有什么下次，同价位上海可选择酒店太多了。
早餐选择不多，味道一般。
前台客气而敷衍，遇到问题，缺乏专业素养。

本来是想住两天，后来连续忍不住继续定了四天三夜，虽然饭店虽比较老一点，但是大型星级好的饭店就是有他的水准，整个服务非常的热心，?地理位置10分优越去哪里都方便！已进入大厅就香香的味道，饭店外观非常的明显在预言城隍庙或黄浦江看到顶楼的凤梨造型莲花造型就可以看得到饭店很安心！ 大厅气派圣诞节布置还有现场的一些演唱活动让整个一进入酒店就觉得非常的温馨喜悦心情好！我们住的行政楼层提供的行政酒廊餐饮服务， happy our时段酒水非常的多餐点也很丰富，行政酒廊的服务人员热心客气认真，房间也每天打扫得很乾净，就是有一些设施比较老旧像浴缸应该要在重点清洗一下，使用起来比较不方便还有厕所的地板厕所的设施淋浴设施也应该做小调整！
?其他都很好睡起来也很舒服，我们的房间可以看得到外滩的景色，?房间也很大，基本上就是一件令人觉得做起来很舒服的饭店，价格也合理，10分推荐！
?这次没有时间去使用三温暖健身房游泳泳池有点可惜，现场看过设施品质都不错，健身房还有分上下有氧区跟训练区，希望下次有时间可以使用！??????

Always beautiful to visit this hotel, the third time and all was great. Dinner included in a Michelin star Italian cuisine.

房间很大，窗外视野好。小朋友一进房间非常兴奋，一晚睡得非常舒服。酒店的服务很棒，有求必应。早餐品类丰富，服务生热情友好。总之，非常满意！

Lovely room , large enough to even be considered a suite. Like the linens and shower. Good view. Used the gym, it was good enough. Small pool for swimming, was nice. Decent breakfast with large choice, although mostly Chinese food. Food location for walking about .

酒店有泳池 对于小朋友来説很友好 白天热就宅酒店游泳
大堂舞台餐厅性价比一般 有抽奖环节 虽然漏了我们的抽奖券 好在反映了也寄予了一瓶红酒的补偿
早餐一般
酒店位置很不错 距离外滩和南京路等都是几百米的路程

这次选择入住威斯汀大饭店
得天独厚的地理位置或许是它吸引人的原因
从进大堂的一刻，让你爱上的一定是它的中庭，热带雨林搬到了室内真的太喜欢了。服务也是非常棒，礼宾和前台的小哥哥，小姐姐们都非常的热情接待。还有准备欢迎饮品可以享用哦！非常推荐的酒店，下次还会再次选择入住。

??房间乾净度非常，??饭店空气非常的宜人，??柜台人员房间调配能力强态度好，??行李人员服务态度，饭店营业楼层用餐地区解说，服务素质??走路8-10分就到豫园，5分钟南京步行街，外滩看夜景，??饭店叫出租车20分钟以内就到上海火车站，到火车站可以任意的去其他跨省市旅游，??在国庆节人虽然爆多，但是在管制人流进出方向做得非常彻底，虽然????在人群中，但一点也不拥挤，反而是有说有笑地跟着人群走，又可欣赏外滩风景，百年建筑。??????????

老牌五星级酒店威斯汀，位置无敌！离外滩和南京路都很近，步行10分钟内的距离，观光购物都很方便呀！入住之前很担心的老旧问题（毕竟开业有些年头了）实际上完全没有感到不适～果然五星级有五星级的管理底藴在??无论是衞生状况还是设施维护都非常到位，真的是超预期！订的房间在行政楼，入住时前台很主动地给了高楼层、从房间望出去就是海关大楼和江景，东方明珠就在眼前，很满意??能听到海关大钟悠扬的报时钟声??衞生间洗澡水流也很大，设施使用非常丝滑，真的没有老旧带来的不适感～另外满意的一点是停车免费，要知道南京路附近好几个酒店都是没有自己的免费停车场的，而且停车场非常宽敞且没有异味，不得不感叹以前的工程质量真的是良心靠谱～总之很满意的一次入住
